The Women’s Network in Operations (WIN-In-Ops) program gives you additional support for 8 weeks in your 3-6 months internship at Amazon. Within the program you will join other interns from various backgrounds to hone your leadership skills. You will be mentored by senior leaders and be given opportunities to demonstrate what you have learnt. We want to empower you with this program to kick start your career and support your professional growth.
